Structured, Not Random

Every class follows a structured training program focused on knowledge and skill development. Techniques aren't random — they're organized in systems that are understandable, repeatable, and expandable.

GI (Level 1)

Our fundamentals program. An introduction to the system — core fundamentals like leverage, inside position, and base. Build defensive proficiency and a clear sense of direction.

GI (Level 2)

Expansion on your fundamentals. Introduction to the subsystems that make jiu-jitsu so effective. This is where your journey really begins to take a turn.

NOGI (Level 2)

Same goals, different context. New gripping, new conditions, and a world of opportunity with leg locks, wrestling, and more.

Kids

Building a generation of skilled problem solvers. Confident, respectful, and disciplined members of society.

Programs Built for Skill Acquisition

Systematic curriculum. Trained instructors. Real progression.

Adult Program

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is more than a workout — it's a skill you build for life. You'll learn to problem-solve under pressure, training your mind just as much as your body. The continuous learning process makes it exciting. Most members say it's the best part of their day. Our adult program is designed by Giancarlo Bodoni, 2x ADCC World Champion, and taught by his personally trained coaches. We hold every class to the highest standard.

4-Week Program

Earn Your Stripe

New to Jiu-Jitsu?

Do I need experience?

None. Most of our members started with zero martial arts background. Level 1 classes are designed for complete beginners. Worried about falling behind? Our Earn Your Stripe program gives you a private session with Giancarlo or one of his qualified coaches to build a foundation fast. Go from zero to confident in 4 weeks or less.

What should I wear?

For your first Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class, wear athletic clothes that cover your knees and elbows. We'll provide a loaner gi if needed.

Will I get hurt?

Safety is built into how we train and is the main concern of our coaching staff. Work at your own pace. Beginners warm up before drilling technique and do controlled, structured sparring to ensure safety. We value technique and study over high-intensity sparring.

How often should I train?

Most of our members train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 2–3 times per week for steady progress. Do what your body allows and move at your own pace. Consistency is what matters — quality over quantity.

How will I know if I'm improving?

Our systems-based approach gives you a clear roadmap — not random techniques. You'll see your progress in real time. We also offer annual assessments where coaches evaluate your development and provide clear goals with constructive feedback to keep you accountable. Want to improve faster? Ask us about 1-on-1 private lessons and semi-private training for personalized attention tailored to your needs.

What ages do you teach?

Kids Jiu-Jitsu classes start at age 3. Got a 2-year-old? Join the waitlist for Mommy & Me — a new program for moms and toddlers to learn together. Adult classes are 15+, and we have members in their 50s and 60s training regularly.
