New to Jiu-Jitsu?

Do I need experience?

None. Most members started with zero martial arts background. All Levels classes are designed for complete beginners.

What should I wear?

Athletic clothes that cover your knees and elbows. We'll provide a loaner gi if needed.

Will I get hurt?

Safety is built into how we train. Work at your own pace. Controlled, structured practice with clear parameters to keep you training for the long run.

How often should I train?

Most members train 2–3 times per week. Our systems are designed for efficiency — 2x a week here equals 4-5x elsewhere. Consistency matters more than frequency.

What ages do you teach?

Kids classes start at age 3. Adult classes are 15+, and we have members in their 50s and 60s training regularly.

Ready to commit?

Memberships from $189/4 weeks. Unlimited training, family plans, and military/first responder discounts.
